Together, we tailor a fitness program specific to your needs and your everyday demands, giving you the coaching structure and support you need to stay on track.  My methods are not about crushing your body every workout, every day. Instead, it's about building longevity in movement and strength, while progressively challenging your body to be the best version of yourself.

In depth consultation to determine goals, injury history, past training, nutrition and any obstacles that might stand in your way. 

A movement assessment tailored to you

Personalized monthly training plan with videos and tutorials. 

Regular email/text support with a fortnightly video call to discuss training, discuss exercise form, nutrition and troubleshooting. 

-Client videos can be uploaded to the app for regular form feedback throughout month,

-Optional ADD ON virtual training.

How do I sign up?

My approach to programming is science based, focusing on principles over trends. Your week will include strength/performance based workouts (x3-4), mobility and regeneration. Sustainable results require a balancing act of pushing yourself and recovery so therefore, no program will include 7 workouts a week. However, on your rest and recovery days, you have the option for mobility and regeneration. 



What kind of workouts will be in the program?

There are no shortcuts or 12 week fixes to real transformation and sustainable growth. Each program is a 4 week phase, which we progress and grow from month to month. I whole heartedly believe that most people fall short of their optimal training goals based on a lack of direction and the consistent application. Remote training will kick your fitness goals into action and start you on the right track. This is a long term commitment to yourself rather than a 1 month quick fix.

How long does the program last?

I apply options for Energy System Development (ESD) - a training method that aims to increase the efficiency of energy metabolism to improve your athletic performance. However, the foundation of your program will be based around resistance training. It hasn’t got to be the one and only type of training that you do, however it should form the foundation of what you do. Getting stronger in the gym translate across all walks of life, allowing you to become more functional and perform better overall.

How much cardio will be included?

After the initial few weeks of ironing out the kinks and setting up foundations, we do regular check-ins to make sure you’re progressing properly and your training stays fresh and optimal. You get direct access to me via email, text, facetime. The first month is a learning process for us both.

What should I expect from my first few weeks of online training?

This is a great option for people who want to train with me but aren't able to do so in person. It also is good for the individual who needs structure, accountability and guidance with their workouts. Real results take real time, so this also takes a committed and dedicated individual.
