Coaching has a 12-week minimum commitment — this is in place to give you enough time to build consistency, progress your training appropriately and see meaningful results (especially postpartum).

Fill out the short application so I can learn about your goals, symptoms, training background, and what kind of support you need.

If accepted, you’ll receive an onboarding email with next steps and instructions. You’ll then complete the $79 onboarding to reserve your spot.

You’ll submit your movement assessment videos through the app. I review these via Loom and outline your key priorities.

You’ll receive your fully personalised training plan in the app, plus weekly support + check-ins to guide your progress.
