Coaching has a 12-week minimum commitment — this is in place to give you enough time to build consistency, progress your training appropriately and see meaningful results (especially postpartum).

If accepted, you’ll receive an onboarding email with next steps and instructions. You’ll then complete the $79 onboarding to reserve your spot.
You’ll submit your movement assessment videos through the app. I review these via Loom and outline your key priorities.
