From here, you will have access to my avaliability and can schedule a free 30 minute zoom call to see if we would be a good fit! On this call I will walk you through the app, my training approach and answer any questions you may have

After the call, you will be sent an onboarding email and invite to the app. From here, you will complete a movement assessment for me to review prior to writing the program

2-3 days after receiving your movement assessment, your program will be ready!

I'm there reviewing your form, giving you the steps to reduce or manage symptoms, working alongside your pelvic floor physical therapist, answering any questions/concerns and providing you with the tools to bring awareness to your body. 

Evidence based programming with a focus on getting strong while factoring in your core and pelvic health, long term function and performance, your specific goals and your unique body and pregnancy. Your training doesn't necessarily need a complete overhaul, but it should be adapting and evolving to your changing needs.
